Tony White didn't start his career in a classroom or a corporate office. He started it in the military; six years of service including deployment to an active conflict zone; which gave him a reference point no corporate programme can provide: what leadership looks like when the stakes are real.
That career took him through Motorola, Hewlett Packard, Coca-Cola and Allianz, where he built Allianz University from scratch; the first unified global learning strategy in the company's history, covering 150,000 people across the globe.
Today, through Brú Na Learning; named for Brú na Bóinne, the ancient Boyne Valley UNESCO site on his doorstep; Tony works with organisations who need more than a training day.
